Great location with access to many restaurants and good value for money. Breakfast was a decent buffet spread but not great. My only complaint was the property is a bit dated and could do with a refresh and there is always something broken in the hotel last time it was the gym now it's the washing machine both of which are essential facilities

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's right behind Times Square and walking distance to SOGO and Hysan Place, main shopping locations in Causeway Bay. It's just minutes away from main commutes including MTR station, bus station and taxi stand. The staff are very friendly, polite, and always greet us with a big smile. They were very helpful and provided services in a professional way. The property is a little old but is kept very clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would go back to this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong next time.

The property is at prime location. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Jenny Lam who always have our best interest in her mind. She allowed us early check in and late check out.
