"Stayed at The Emperor Hotel for 9 consecutive nights. Room was fine, comfortable bed, strong A/C. Staff was very helpful, swapped out our mini fridge that wasn't working. Cleaners were always wanting to clean our room and restock supplies. If you opt for the breakfast option, it is a very well appointed, with all the usual breakfast fare, including eggs how you want (scrambled, fried, omelette, hard boiled, etc). The only 'con' that we saw, was the hallway carpets were stained, possibly by a previous flood. And they were renovating their restaurant on the 2nd floor while we were there. All in all, would stay there again, as it was easy to access transportation with buses out front, and the Tram within a 5 minute walk. "

"Highly recommend. This stay was like a slice of heaven. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The pool and gym facilities are excellent, and the sun deck is a nice addition. "
