元の建物は古いのだと思うが、内装や清掃などは綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ロケーションも便利で、初めての香港旅行でもストレスなく動くことができ、とてもよかったです。細かいことですが、泊まった部屋は、構造上の問題なのか、浴室内にコンセントが無く少し不便でした。ただ、スタッフの方たちもとても親切でキビキビしており、価格を考えるととてもオススメのホテルです！

Location: easy accessible via metro, taxi or airport bus. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Nearby, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores/supermarkets. Easily accessible to tourist spots. Customer service: quite good. Room: slightly frustrating. Door key did not work and had to go back twice. Was not fun as I was on the top floor. Room is musky so it's important to keep the dehumidifier on (set it at 40 percent). Room has no iron but hairdryer. Fridge available and TV is small with limited international channels. Bed is comfortable but rather small. Room size is surprisingly bigger than other hotels in HK. Bathroom was ok but medium size. Water pressure is good but draining of water poor. Room is not modern but not old. Other: Lobby has a cheap drinks machine and bottle water. Cheaper than supermarkets.

When we raised this with reception a few days in, the response was dismissive and lacking urgency - we were told to wait until the next day for availability with no apology or concern shown. We had to ask again later that same day as the room was unbearable, and only then were we moved to another room. Sadly, the new room wasn’t much better, just slightly less damp. Again, no apology or empathy was shown - it felt like we were a burden. Thankfully, this trip was just one week instead of two. We wouldn’t have lasted any longer. It really put a downer on what should have been a special trip. We would not return to this hotel.
