「Secrets, Cap Cana, was a kept secret for us, LOL! First time there and what a pleasant surprise. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. The staff was extremely helpful (they went out of their way to help/guide, etc.), very courteous and cheerful as well. No complaints about the food, plentiful and great tasting at the buffet as well as...

The restaurant was not open when we arrived so he ordered us a pizza which he delivered to our room and helped with getting a taxi the next day. There was a fair amount of street noise during the night, but for the price it is great for one night.」

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive.
