"Overall stay was ok - what made it better was the fact that we were Premier - and considered "special"....however i probably would not book this again. I wanted to make an honorable mention to Wanny at the premier reception desk - he was great in accommodating us to a better room. He truly helped us out! The rest of the staff specially in the buffet area looked like they were over it. They could be friendlier... they were NOT wanting to help or serve. One of the nights, we ran out of toilet paper and asked twice for it and no one ever came. We also had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned.. and again nothing. The kids club was good! my girls enjoyed going there in the afternoon. As premier we had access daily for free to The pirate ship waterpark - otherwise it was $10 per person per day... one good thing about the barcy club is that they do take the kids there once a day - so if you're not premier the kids would have access through the club. "

"Great resort going into it as a 3 star resort, took our son there for his Senior Springbreak trip, perfect for that. Buffet and restaurants are not terrible"

"The resort is beautiful but for an all inclusive, the food really isn’t that great. Examples: Lobster bisque was some sort of shrimp soup with a rubbery shell on top, fettuccine Alfredo was spaghetti noodles with a white soupy sauce. For the amount that is charged per guest, better chefs should be hired. Times for events are suggested and definitely runs more on “island time” No reservations for the restaurants is annoying when planning for groups and they only do 2 table rotations."

"Um hotel que vale muito a pena, principalmente com criança. Tem ótimas amenities, inclusive um Water Park muito legal. A comida eh boa. Nada de extraordinário. Bebidas sao um pouco limitadas. O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Pedi pra trocarem a roupa de cama e prontamente trocaram. Em geral, eh um bom custo benefício."
