「the parking situation isn’t great. the chlorine from the pool will knock you out as soon as you step out of your car. for a budget stay this hotel isn’t bad but the exposed wires hanging from the ceiling and the beds being massively uncomfortable is a do not return for me.」

「Close to island for walkable shopping , places to eat and shows . Rooms facing the back to the island would be better than the front rooms with balcony’s facing noisy traffic . Complimentary breakfast was good. Enjoyed the visit and will come back.」

「Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom.」

「Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.」

「For the money, this place was exceptional. Decor in the lobby was warm and inviting. The room decor was tasteful and felt more plush than a typical chain hotel at the same price point. The highlight, of course, was the pool complex: the outdoor lazy river was super warm, which I loved. My children liked the outdoor slide and big pool. We all enjoyed the heated (comfortable enough but not warm) indoor pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was adequate (the cinnamon rolls were a hit!). The selection...

「Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly.」
