「Beautiful new property 」

「I was very impressed by The Inn on the River. I stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities and rooms are very good and everything was immaculately clean, most importantly the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and it is nice to return to the real fire roaring in the lobby when you’re getting in late! I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it.」

「Room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. This is an older property and could use a refresh but every thing was comfortable. The location was great and close to lots of shopping dining and attractions.」

「We had a great time. Everything here was great. The service we got from Jess at the front desk was amazing. She we above and beyond to help us. There was a little mix upon our room an she made sure we had what we needed.. I was a little disappointed cause I didn’t have a fountain view but everything else was great. Thanks Jess for all you did. You were awesome. 」

「We love staying at this location and have been for several yearly visits to Pigeon Forge. Very Reasonable pricing of rooms with over and beyond accomadations, very very clean hotel esp the guest rooms. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff is very inviting and helpful. We met Sammi when we first started coming and we have fell in love with her cheerful kindness and friendliness! Always like a family reunion when we meet!! The morning breakfast also served is set up so nice and very fulfilling...
