「At first glance we were not impressed, BUT the room was very clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the staff was awesome. It really is a sweet hotel with unlimited apple cider as a bonus. We would absolutely stay again.」

「The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only improvements needed are that the staff in the kitchen at breakfast were not able to answer questions about food allergies such as if nuts were in the muffins. They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. 「Central location but room was next to noisy elevator」

「The Fairfield was clean, new looking and conveniently located to our interests. The room was spacious and upscale. The common areas were spacious with plenty of room in the breakfast area. We will for sure consider the Fairfield on our next stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.」

「Had a great stay and we LOVE this spot: the restaurant, general store, and ice cream shop! Lots to do without moving the car. The hotel was clean and nice. Not over the top, but everything we needed and clean.」

「Room was very large and spacious. Well laid out. Divider curtain between bathroom and beds was nice. Property is well located near restaurants and just across from The Island rides and entertainment area was directly across the street. Very pleased with the stay.」

「The onsite restaurant was great- didn’t have to drive late at night to find a bite to eat after getting in and checking in after sundown.」
