"The hotel desk staff were very nice and friendly. Explained all of the details of our stay. Rented a car for a couple of days and valet staff were courteous and quick in retrieving our car. Atika(?) not sure if I spelled it correctly was our cleaning lady throughout our stay. We would come back from a day out and the room would be clean and refreshed. She even came back to give us the bottle water she forgot to put in the room "

"The proeprty is in a decent location with a few dining options just a short walk away. The cleaners could do a better job as we found several items that should have been disposed of. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Wonderful patisserie on the first floor with great coffee too. Hotel charged me $75 to check in early which was annoying but worth it. Don't bother eating at the hotel restaurants. They're overpriced and you're so close to other great food including a hop skip and a jump from China town! "

"The only bad thing i found was that the bathroom door to room 614 wouldn't close. I had to use the bathroom trash can to keep it closed."
