"I get disappointed when I pay for a comfort and when I get to the place I only find discomfort, excessive smell does not mean cleaning, when I opened the bedroom door I almost got sick with the smell of some product that they sprayed in the environment. I asked them to change rooms, and I wasted my time, it didn't smell like fake cleaning but it smelled like dust, because it's having some kind of renovation, I tried to stay right there, but when I tried to use the bath, night the water was stopped in the bathtub, it was clogged, there was a lot of moisture and mold in the bathroom sink furniture. I realized that I would encounter many more problems and gave up on staying there. I asked for a refund of the amount paid and so far I haven't heard back. I hope they solve this because I ended up paying much more in another stay due to all this."
