「We were in the one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was very clean and very nice. We honestly didn't see any of the staff even once which was pretty funny lol. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. so we got a text with our room number and PIN code to get in and then check out was also just a phone call to let them know we've left and that was that. We never even went into the main building to see the lobby or anything because we were so tired after our very full days in Salem. I can say the...

「We were given such excellent treatment! Love the hotel and come here each time that we are in Salem. Fantastic location and the hotel is beautiful - lobby is gorgeous, tea and water and coffee on hand in the lobby, a great tavern and even though there are not a good amount of vegan options at Nathaniel’s restaurant (but a ton of restaurants nearby that are convenient!) they do have beautiful music being played, and singers! Can’t wait to return!!」

「This inn was a dream to stay at! Every staff member was so kind and welcoming! They had fresh baked scones and fritattas every morning and fresh *warm* chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. 「For the past few years when we come to Salem we stay at the Salem inn , it’s our go to place. Clean, friendly, close to shopping and dining. Only issue - parking is a bit far, but that hasn’t stopped us😋. And Breakfast is lovely. Will return! 」
