「None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. 「The hotel has a nice views. Well maintained, the staff have no decency and sometimes rude. Bottom line , they don’t want to help. The beach is nice, this property is for one time stay, definitely, will not repeat it. I am a diamond Hilton member and travel the world with Hilton, this one is suboptimal. 」

「Our stay at Hibiscus was perfect. The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the gorgeous Grayton Beach and, should you prefer to walk, it is only a few minutes. We stayed in the Tropical Birds room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. This guest house is lovingly decorated with an Old Florida feel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is no longer complimentary at the coffee shop cafe next door, but it is well worth the price. I highly recommend the crepes. Overall, we highly recommend...

「All the room was equipped with the necessary tools, I had a hard time finding my room, and I could not find the office it was closed once I saw it. I had to look at my messages to find my room but it was until I had to call the office but all pretty much was good」
