「Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though. 「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「離Paddington火車站走路8分鐘左右很方便對面有個中餐廳附近也有超市員工非常熱情人都很好還可以寄放行李洗澡熱水很熱房間沒有冷氣但九月的倫敦也不太需要下次回來還會再住～」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
