Best Western Waikane hotels

"The first night we stay i was dissatisfied because the room that i expected to book on the picture is not that. But when i tell them that want to move on the other room because they give us a good room and that what exactly I’ve seen on the picture i was reserved. The cleanliness I Put 4 star because the first room that we went on the 3rd floor it was not that clean. There was a block stain on the toilet seat. But the room that we moves we are satisfied because it was cleaned and the housekeeping was did a great job. I’ve been staying in all the hyatt branch in waikiki, hyatt regency/ hyatt centric & hyatt place there are all good. Mahalo and hope to be back again.!"

"I was expecting this to be in more of e residential area, not an airport hotel, based on the pictures. But it was fine and the coffee place in the lobby had an amazing ube caramel latte and the barista was really great. Sorry, I didn’t get his name. Also the free breakfast did not disappoint and the front desk ladies were friendly and accommodating."
