After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. She was irritable, angry, and repeatedly condescending and rude to people getting their breakfast items. She yelled at my son to “get out of the way” and did the same thing to other children. One mom came up to my husband and I to express her disbelief, stating “did I really just hear that?” My husband spoke with the manager who did seem to address it...
