「The property is well kept, clean, and very pretty. We did not go to the pool, so can't speak to that, but the room, although small, was nice and quiet. We used public paid parking about a block away (no hotel parking) and had no issues. Walking distance to all the sites and the stadium. Will definitely stay with them again!」

「This is an older boutique hotel. Bit it was lovely. Clean, SPACIOUS. It was walkable to Canal, Bourbon Street, Magazine st and the River walk. The safe was lovely and attentive and they give an adequate continental bkfst with DELISH coffee as well. I would most definitely stay here again. 」

「Room wasn't the buggest, but was perfectly adequate for what we needed. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location, close to a lot of major landmarks. Overall would definitely recommend and would come back here if/when we return」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Clean room, helpful staff. Great location to Canel and Bourbon street. Walking distant to many restaurants. I didn't like the half glass on the tub. When taking a shower the water would get on the floor...terrible design 」
