"Poolside seating was comfortable. However, food is not allowed. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. There are no bathtubs, only jacuzzi in Member rooms only. Member rooms are very nice. Be advised that this resort is catered to members. While guests are treated very well, only members recieve higher quality meals, drinks, views and accommodations. The price far exceeds the same quality of 8 star resorts."

"All around a great hotel. Has all that you need and more if you want to party without leaving the hotel. Staff was helpful and super friendly. Would recommend !"

"Very clean, workers worked very hard. Beds uncomfortable and the elevators were not adequate. Food was great in the specialty restaurants, was disappointed there wasnt a Mexican restaurant as we were in Mexico. The buffet was fair, could find something you liked. Did not like the reps pushing for you to go off site to the Coco Bongo show. It was expensive and misrepresented- definitely for a younger crowd. The entertainment was fair, if you wanted to go to the infamous Riu parties, you had to take a.shuttlento another Riu. Overall, great vacation. Food, drinks, pools. Enjoyed our time. "

"It was ok, but it’s an old property, pictures make the place look allot better than it actually is , ie there is no beach, you can swim out though , as the water is shallow, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts, it close to the hotel strip if you want that I chose a Dreams property expecting a WAY nicer hotel … I personally was disappointed, I was expecting a 4 to 4.5 star type of resort, I’d say this is more of a 3 star , or 3.5 star As a note , my wife and I were going to change hotels , as we wanted something a bit more higher end, the manager was super nice, he tried his best, to accommodate us . But in all reality it’s just basically a weaker property for a “dreams property “” it’s still ok but not a 4 star or a 4.5 star as what I was hoping for …. When we booked it looked at reviews etc we were expecting something nicer"
