Beautiful building and lovely people. The art was incredible. Surprisingly quiet room. Breathtaking views. Well appointed and a great spot for a serene stay, that feels seperate from the chaos of the Cancun hotel zone "strip".

Second time here. The beach across the street is not the best. But when we stay there is usually to do tours and excursions and they sell them across the street.. The pool area is amazing

The room was clean but bot spotless. They only cleaned the riom if we asked and we had to give a days otice. The staff were very friendly and they were quick with communicatiin theough a whats up app that was started on arrival. What stood out was our rooms voew of rhe lafoon. Very peacedula nd lovely plave to stay close to the Vancun actiin.

Casa Tortuga is definitely a hidden gem; one of a kind boutique hotel. The hotel owners and staff are very friendly and inviting. We stayed in a lagoon view room with balcony and the view was amazing. The grounds and pool were kept in immaculate condition and is in a very private setting. Shout outs to Hannah, Noel and especially Alex who made us feel at home. We would love to return one day.

Nice hotel, staff is kind but work remotely so not available a lot of time. Hot water for showers very limited, only last 2 min and the next person has to wait. Elevators didn’t work all the time. But nice location near the ferry to Isla Mujeres

The hotel was in a good location with easy parking. It was convenient by bus or car for Centro or the hotel zone. And just across the road from playa Tortugas public beach and a huge oxxo store. The staff were friendly. The accommodation was slightly dated but large with kitchen /diner/ living area. It had a lovely garden and pool with a great view of the lagoon. I tried to contact the hotel multiple times and in various ways over 2 months to sort out late check in (after 9pm) and didn’t get a reply until the day before arrival. In the end it wasn’t a problem and there was someone there to greet us. However it was very stressful as we didn’t know if we’d be able to get in to the hotel after our long journey.

This is truly a gem. Just a quiet beautiful spot close to everything in Cancun and area including important amenities. Bus stops on both side of road right in front. Tortuga Beach and ferry to Isla Mujeres steps away. Grounds are well taken care of and the roof top patio is the cherry on top. The family and staff were amazing. We would come back in a heart beat. It was hard to leave.

From the moment we arrived to check in Christina and Alejandro went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We were provided with information on the localities of stores, the better restaurants, pharmacies, just about anything we might want to go to during our stay. I must add that we stayed at the villa across the main road from the main hotel where we had an ocean view room and were extremely happy with the accommodations. A very large room, kitchenette, and a large shower with water pressure that wish we had at our home. Without question we highly recommend this establishment and should we plan another trip to Cancun there’s no doubt we will book there again. Well done Christina and Alejandro!

Casa Tortuga Boutique Hotel was definitely the perfect choice! The property was very clean and located in a safe area where I felt comfortable walking around. It’s family-run, and since the owners live on-site, I felt safe and well cared for at all times. The room was spotless, and the view of the lagoon was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Casa Tortuga if you’re looking for a unique, personal experience outside of the typical all-inclusive resorts.

The pool was fantastic. So calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Casa Tortugas is a great location to explore Cancun area including a boat to Isla Mujeres is directly across the road from the apartment. We used the recommended airport transfer and that was great also.
