"Clean rooms, great staff, family friendly, decent beach, great pools, resort had purified water. Food: we ate breakfast every day at Buffet and it was good , my son has food allergies and they were great with those. We ate at La Palapa 2 nights , it was okay - Caribbean night was great Beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen. Our room was listed as “resort view”. It was at the back of resort and we could see/hear street from balcony and to the right was the trash. So it’s a stretch to say it was resort view . It’s also a timeshare and we were asked many times to go to a presentation but we did not go. It was kinda annoying . Only other thing that was annoying was people put their towels to reserve beach chairs early so it was sometimes difficult to find a chair. Beach was a little rocky."

"I paid for an upgrade through Expedia and I also paid for another upgrading once I arrive because that Expedia showed were not room. Altogether I paid over $300 for a group review and never got that it literally is the same for you from the garden and the ocean. It should really be called a pool that’s all you get it. Other than that little issue, everything else was 10/10! The staff was amazing. The resort was beautiful. The food was not good, but I feel all inclusive have nasty food."
