We had an amazing stay at Meliá Casa Maya and would absolutely come back. This resort is perfect for families. The water park was a huge highlight—our kids spent hours there every day and never got bored. There were also tons of activities geared toward kids, which made the whole trip easy and fun for everyone. We stayed in a two-bedroom Level suite, and it exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a family to spread out and relax. Having the extra room made a big difference in enjoying our stay. Another standout was the service—food and drink delivery right to our lounge chairs was excellent and made relaxing by the pool effortless. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available too, which is a big plus and something not every resort gets right. Overall, this resort delivered exactly what we were looking for: a stress-free, family-friendly vacation with great amenities. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids

It was ok. The beach was nicer than Riviera Maya but only 1 pool and not too many activities for the kids. The beach is not private and has people from the community. It disnt feel totally safe but overall for its price, not too bad.

Room, hotel common areas, beach, restaurants, amenities were all great especially at "the level" service upgrade. My son and I had no problem at any of the restaurants, my wife had a bit of a problem as she is gluten and dairy free and doesn't eat meat except for fish. I would recommend this property!

We just got back and are ready to go back! We highly recommend this hotel. We traveled as a family of 5-three kids under the age of 10. I did so much research before actually booking because of it being smaller and fairly new. This is a beautiful, super clean aesthetic hotel! The pool pictures make it seem like the pool is small but there’s actually plenty of room for everyone. Food options were great but dinner was the best. Our favorite restaurant was Cape Nao and our waiter Fernando was so polite and friendly. That is true about every single employee to be honest-my husband and I discussed how everyone-no matter their role at the hotel was friendly! They will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Plenty of activities but no kids club so you do have to stay with your kids. Also every local that we spoke to mentioned how the hotel is situated on one of the best beaches. It really was the best. No as blue as Isla mujeres but just as calm and clean. Make sure you spend your morning at the hotel not the afternoon. In the afternoon there’s more sargasm but in the morning it’s sooooo beautiful for hours and hours. The water park is another perk! You can get drinks delivered to your chair, order food in that area and it’s completely safe and clean! I could go on and on about this hotel. It’s a must book!

The location is a decent drive from the airport (40 minutes without traffic) but the view is worth it. It’s very kid-friendly and the water park is awesome (better than the pictures). I wish they had more indoor kid amenities and more restaurants.

Staff was absolutely amazing. So glad we went with the upgrade to the Level. Very much worth it considering the amenities. Great beach access and kid friendly. Could not ask for more. Thank you!
