Room was clean! The resort had decent food, amazing service from staff however the beach was dirty, there was poop all over the beach. I asked staff and they said it was turtle poop but they should have someone clean the beach a couple times a day with a pool net or something.other then that the resort was tremendous.

This place is really special. Staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived. Amenities and food are endless. Kids loved the Waterpark they spent hours enjoying. The towels at the pool are soft, fluffy and long. We had a 2BR/2BA Suite it was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the robes and slippers in the room. I was just a little upset that we had to check out 2 days early due to the storm on the eastern seaboard as our flights got canceled and re-booked, when we checked out we were told that we would be able to get refunded for those 2 days however when we got home and tried to get it we were denied. Only reason i have 4* and not 5.

The food was great, lots of area on the beach and never felt too crowded. The kids water park entertained our kids for many hours. The swimming area was clean but a little too wavy. The food was just fine, but nothing to write home about. The room was large and had more than enough space for all of our things, but smelled a little musty upon first arrival. The staff were really friendly and very helpful

The level grand suite room was great. Kids loved the water park. Lack of restaurants and crowded beach were main 2 negatives. The locals came to hang out late afternoon. Not a nice beach for walking along.

Room was good. Nice and spacious. Food is VERY limited. Not much variety and very limited treats/sweets. Never have been to a resort where is no ice cream offered. Checkin was stressful because of a mistake that Expedia made while booking. It got resolved but it wasted half the day because of that. Overall nice small resort. Not sure if I would return.
