「We are on a 40 day road trip and the Gilmore has been our favorite place to stay so far! It’s in a great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and shopping, room was comfy, nicely decorated and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and return!」

「I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place.」

「The hotel was stunning! It is a new property that was very close to everything. A 9 min drive from the airport, a 6 min drive from broadway. I was in Nashville celebrating a graduation, and they made it really special. The rooftop bar was amazing! I can easily see myself coming back」

「Love the cool vibe plus the location. The live entertainment and bartenders in the lounge were an unexpected treat!! ! They made fantastic cocktails, better than anything we had in Nashville especially on the main street where everything is served in plastic cups.」

「I asked for a credit because my father passed away. To be fair, the tix were nonrefundable, but the hotel still has the ability to grant the refund through expedia. I called a week in advance and was denied my refund. Would have much preferred to have stayed, but would also have hoped that Hilton would give a refund with these particular circumstances. Hard to find people that give a rip anymore.」

「The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).」

「Room was clean, staff were helpful. Enjoyed my two night stay. Our room faced the street so you could hear people on the pedal taverns but other than that street noise wasn’t bad. I liked how the doors were locked after a certain hour so only people staying at the hotel could get in with their room key.」
