We liked this hotel, and we would probably stay again. The only reason that we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the $65/night parking fee (plus tip) for us to valet our car. That seems steep to me. Our room phone didn’t work, the iron leaked terribly, and the hairdryer quit working…. Despite those issues, the staff was friendly and attentive. I love having a Starbucks downstairs. The pool was nice and we liked the walkability to lower Broadway.

Not happy that while I had the "Do not disturb" sign hanging on my door, someone was in the room changing a shower head. No notice the day before. Nothing. I just walked in to my room door being open and someone in there while the sign was hanging. Unacceptable.

I loved the location of the property and the cleanliness in the rooms and the inside of the property. I thought the pool was dirty and murky. By 3 pm. You could not see the logo at the bottom of the pool. After 1 visit we stayed far away. I thought the people that worked there were not overly friendly. It seemed just like a job for people working there.

Lots of homeless all over Nashville sadly. We were shocked with the cost of parking which was more then advertised. Location was great, pool was a great way to cool off and take a break from Broadway

We enjoyed our stay. Some of the staff wasn't very pleasant. The furniture in the lobby and at the swimming pool area was quite dirty especially the seat cushions. They just need to pay a little more attention to cleaning of the furniture. Overall we had a good time.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was all very kind and friendly from the front desk to the pool staff at the Fins bar. The bartenders at Fins were great. Olivia and Rob were both super fun and gave a lot of good advice for people visiting from out of town. Would definitely return if we get the chance. Only downside for us was the lack of grab bar or shower door in the bathroom. My wife injured her ankle on our trip and was on crutches so the lack of door made for a dangerous and slippery floor to climb in and out of the shower on. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable!

The property was great. DO not use Expedia for booking. I paid for checked bag on my flight, when I got to the airport they charged me for checked bags. They said Expedia information doesn't always transfer over. I paid for a rental car on Expedia. When I got to the car rental desk they charged me an additional $247. This was for a one way rental. Expedia mentioned nothing of this. Expedia is one of those companies that hides and doesn't tell you about charges. Expect to pay more if you use Expedia.
