「We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We...

「I loved the apartment and the fact that it has all the basics. Whenever we needed something, we easily got what we asked for. Services was fast and courteous. Location was great! You can’t go wrong choosing AvantStay!」

「Overall, the experience was positive. Close to downtown and other businesses I wanted to attend. Slight hiccup in regard to entry code but that was quickly resolved. The representative who I communicated with (Belle) both by phone and text was great! On-site parking without charge was an excellent benefit.」
