"First time in Nashville. This hotel was fabulous! From the lobby/checkin to the employees that service and run things. Lots of great perks with breakfast and snack/dinner especially those bake potatoes! We got a chance speak with some of the employees and they truly love their jobs. That’s a rarity these days. Shows that there is good management team! Shout out to Cynthia the creative pancake artist with a fabulous personality. Almost forgot Sara too! Rooms were clean and the roof top pool and hot tub were great! Would definitely go again!"
"Comfortable, spacious, clean hotel located in quiet area. Kitchen. Perfect for family and long term stay.
Parking is an additional charge. Street parking, free, available."
"We liked the unique decor of the Hyatt centric and the pool area was enjoyed and appreciated each day we were there. We really also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to Broadway and found many things we needed or wanted nearby. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean as well as the entire hotel. "
"Very clean friendly place. Walking to broadway was a very long walk i felt. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a tad small but clean and very quiet. Good price. "
