「We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again.」

Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.」

「I arrived very late and the front desk lady was super helpful! My bag was lost so i had no toiletries. She provided me with the basics which allowed me to shower and get ready for my meeting in a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the Bridgestone Center.」

「Our second trip to Nashville and our second stay at The Thompson. It is an easy walk to so many great restaurants. The food in the hotel is great and we love the coffee shop. The people were friendly and we got great recommendations on places to go.」

「My family and I loved this hotel! We loved the fact that we could walk downtown to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum only two blocks down! We also enjoyed the pool! It was so nice but yet quiet and relaxing. I encourage you to stay here if you are wanting to walk downtown and tour Nashville!」

「Breakfast was good a lot of selections. Parking was a bit of a hassle, the parking garage is great but spots are tight. 3 elevators but waited about 5-10 minutes each time for an elevator. Leaving was easy but the drop off key box mentioned, we couldn't find it. Also, to park it's an additional $40 per night not included in your hotel stay. Over all very clean facility and comfortable bed. 」

「Overall, it was a great stay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the good spots to visit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the stand alone bedrooms are musty and humid. The sheets felt moist and when you shower you have to wait like 10 minutes for the humidity to disappear in order to see your reflection in the mirror.」
