「I loved the property!! When walking into the elevator, it still smells new. Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. 「Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

「It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move.」

「The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.」

「Staff was very unprofessional and tried to give us a different room than the one that was booked. Then tried to charge extra. Thankfully, expedia called them and took care of it.」

「Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was wonderful, even offered to get the complimentary coffee ready at 4:30am (1.5 hours before the standard time) because I was leaving early. Can’t say how much I appreciated that. Room was clean, lots of towels, pool was great and my kids loved jumping and swimming. Great option for a family of 4 traveling through for the night.」

「Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.」

I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice.
