Hotel shows its wear and could use a good all around renovation and cleaning. I hate to say the above because staff was so nice and location was perfect for us. Lobby was pretty well maintained and coffee was good too. Entry into facility is through gas station or hotel entrance above and then around which is weird.

For our travels the location on the west side of Knoxville just off I-40/I-75 was perfect. Also close to several good chain restaurants. Even though close to expressways, location was quiet, no highway noise. Will stay here in the future.

Check in male kind of made me feel as if I was bothering him. However, the stay was nice. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy! TV channels were a little difficult to maneuver through. Breakfast was good!! I would stay here again.

Just passing thru. Checked in at 0200 and out at 0830 in a whirlwind trip. Found the beds clean and comfortable. The AC was up to the task. Parking was convenient. Staff was helpful. Overall, one of the nicest LaQuinta Inns Ive stayed at in a while.

For the price, it was a very good place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean as well. The parking is slightly interesting, you have to drive through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotels parking…other than that it was a good experience. Would stop again.
