「My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. 「There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.」
