「It's certainly a place to lay your head and rest. We had a last minute booking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The office however was locked in the morning so we could not access the coffee, tea, or staff. Outside the hotel, the office is clean and nice, however the area where the rooms are is a bit dangerous with the pool area being open and filled with plants, and n」

「I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!」

「First room was in the ground level and it smelled very moisty I asked if it was possible to get another room and the lady was kind enough to change us. No issues after that.」

「Everything was clean and staff was very helpful.」

「rude front desk, smelly and dirty room, bad breakfast, something wired underneath the bedsheet. If I could score this hotel zero, then I would.」

「Staff was nice cleaned room plan on going back」

「Staff had no personality but everything else was awesome」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Very clean and spacious rooms, competent staff, affordable. Definitely would recommend this hotel」

「For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows」

「We arrived at 2:00AM the front desk came to the counter after a few minutes checked us in. We went straight up to the room opened the door and right there in the doorway was a big, dead, cockroach. We didn’t even enter the room. We to the front desk and told him we were not staying. He offered to give us a different room. We refused and left. He was nice and told us our to go about getting our refund. If the bugs are in one room I’m sure they are in the entire place.」
