「The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. 」

「Clean room needs renovation. Staff at night(Ronnie)was wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was not great. Pretty bland and the juice tasted watered down also no cranberry juice. Air conditioning worked fine and kept the room at a nice temp. Nice and quiet. 」

「This is a good budgetary stop for a quick night of sleep. Property is aged, in overall okay condition but isn't a place I'd lounge around for awhile at. If I want no frills and a quick rest, Luxbury is good for that.」

Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.」

「Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10!」
