「It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used...

「Had to ask for a shower curtain, the TV did not work and they couldn't fix it, the bathroom floor was wet in the morning, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, the bathroom door had initials carved in it, but other than that it was great.」

「The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. 」

「Horrible carpets, smelled like dog and cat piss, mold in room, barking dog, smudges and stains on sheets, mattress very hard with loud springs. When I ran the water in the sink, a dripping sound started up in the ceiling. It stopped a few seconds after I turned off the water. Just gross, smelly, felt grimy」
