「Very impressive decorations for Halloween. A little confused about where to sit with everything so decorated so we took food back to our room. Food selection was better than expected, hot water to make oatmeal was handy. Room was clean and comfortable and nice location.」

「The room is your basic hotel room, nothing fancy. It was clean and comfortable though. The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly, very helpful.」

「Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights. Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio.」

「The Bluetooth on tv did not work good and when u get there u are told they must have a $100 deposit and will take 4 to 5 business days to be released back to you.」

「Stayed three nights. Bed was never made and floor wasn’t swept. Did get clean towels. My keys wouldn’t work on the last night. Had to wait in the shared lobby for 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk. You can hear a train all hours of the night. Only a few buttons worked on the microwave. Room is very basic. The lobby is at Quality Inn and is shared with Quality Inn. The breakfast area is also shared with Quality Inn.」
