"Staff kept forgetting to refresh coffee"

"The property was nice the room was wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi was a lil dirty there was stuff floating in it so i didnt feel comfortable getting in them. I realize there are children that are there and the trash probably came from them. I was just hoping there would of been a net or something i could of fished it out with. Other than that our experience was great my husband is already talking about going back"
