「Very friendly staff. And clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast it could use some work. The lady keeping up with it was wonderful but the food wasn’t very good! I do believe they put waffle batter in with the country gravy! And the bacon wasn’t cooked good even for hotel breakfast. 」

「EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave!...

「They made a mistake and booked the wrong day. When I attempted to show proof, they refused to look at the correct booking on my phone. Refused to give a refund or make it right by giving us a room for the correct date. Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.」

「For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $. 」
