「I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. 「I liked that the room was clean and safe. The front office attendant was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lackluster. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens. 「Great stay for families. Clean and friendly」

「Nice clean room and bathroom . Nice walk-in shower. Loved that they had chargers / outlets everywhere in the room, we weren’t having to take turns charging electronics. Another detail I liked was the bathroom lighting , it was the soft white light instead of harsh fluorescents. Only thing i didn’t like was the ice machine on our floor was out of order and the shower head only had enough water pressure on the hot setting. I would stay there again.」

「Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.」

「This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out. 」
