「First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone. Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting. 「This was my first stay in a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel and I was delighted with my room. It was spacious and bright and clean and had a great little kitchen that was well supplied with dishes and utensils. I loved the couch also- so much more comfortable than the usual hotel chairs. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate. 「We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request.」
