「Everything was wonderful!」

「The bed was not comfortable and appeared to be broken, there was one towel for use and no breakfast. For a hotel at this cost, more amenities would have been nice!」

「Upon arrival to check-in was told that there was a $100 deposit that was an unexpected fee. Therefore paid the $100 when to go check. In my room one fourteen, and there was someone that was already staying in the the room. 「Toilet clogged bad for no reason of our own, the room and hotel overall were nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the jacuzzi was HOT - comfortably hot though. The pool is 3.5 feet all around no deeper/shallow end but still fun to swim」

「The lawn was terrible and looked like it was very over grown and weed all the way around the building at least 2 feet high. The ac did. Not keep the room cool it was stuffy and too warm. In the Morning there were ants crawling around. When we went to check out we showed the girl picture and she said she would have the manager call. It’s been 6 days so I called again and was told manager would call me tomorrow Which is an entire week .」

「I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.」

The only thing I had a problem with the hotel was there was 4 kids above my room and they ran, jumped pound on the floor and we could not get any sleep. I called down to the desk to let them know if they can contact the persons in the room above us and tell them to stop their kids from jumping, running and playing while people are trying to get rest.
