「Clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant after checking in, and the food was good. Breakfast buffet had the usual selections, but when we came down at 8am, most of the food was cold. They do offer a breakfast menu with a good selection, so I just recommend ordering off the menu. 「They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it....

「I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times. 「The hot water never got hot in the shower/bathtub. The floor was cold and needs a few rugs. I felt the lock on the door seemed flimsy and could be broken into easily. I appreciate the lower cost and don’t want all the amenities but the basics were lacking. 」
