「There was nothing unique about the property. It was poorly maintained. Starting at the entrance, the steps were in a state of disrepair. It was advertised as beautifully renovated but we found it mediocre and poor workmanship. While the room had adequate space, there was no seating provided. Upon inquiry, the desk staff said he could provide a folding chair. Nothing seemed geared to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative. 「The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.」

「Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. 」

「The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!」

「Decent gym」

「It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.」
