「Staff was wonderful and massages were out of this world!!!」

「The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean 」

The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30.
