"The overall experience was good. The food was okay, but I wish there were more authentic Mexican options to really feel like we were experiencing Mexico.
I also wish food could be served by the pool. Guests currently have to leave their lounge seats, and since saving seats isn’t allowed, it can be inconvenient—especially for families with kids who are enjoying the pool and don’t want to leave. It would be great if they offered simple poolside options like nuggets, chicken strips, fries, or nachos.
It’s nice that kids are allowed in all pools, and the water temperature is warm, which made it enjoyable for families. There’s also a designated pool for Privilege guests, which is a great option when the other pools get crowded.
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, others seemed to avoid eye contact or looked like they didn’t want to be approached. A simple smile or a more welcoming attitude would make a big difference, as at times it felt like I was bothering them when asking for assistance."
