「We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize. 」

「We stayed 4 nights. We reserved two queen beds for 4 guests total and when we checked in they informed us that they had over sold their rooms and could only give us a king bed with a pull out couch. On our last day we never even received house keeping services at all. We had to ask for more towels, more toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner every day. The fire alarms went off at 9 pm one of the nights and we had to evacuate. Elevators were not always working. 」

「The rooms are new and very nice. You can hear everything that happens in the hall. As nice as the hotel is with great location the food has to get a big thumbs down. Breakfast is not supposed to end until 9. We went down at 8:30 and there was not much left. Staff was trying to clean up and take things away. They shut down the waffle station at 10 til 9. I understand the time it ends but to end it early with no muffins out no eggs or potatoes is sad with 30 minutes remaining 」

「My husband and I loved the location of this hotel. It is just a few steps from excellent restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. 「No major issues but I have never stayed in a hotel where you can hear peoples conversations in the rooms beside you and every footstep of the people on the floor above you until this! We could not sleep due to all the noise. Our neighbors were not arguing or being loud - just casual conversation could be heard until early morning hours. 」
