「Our towels were picked up but our beds were not made. ☹️ The staff members behind the front desk did not have chairs or stools to sit on. The employee had to kneel on the ground to enter data into the computer. Our room accommodated 6 guests there were not enough bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths for 6 guests!」

「The good things first….the staff and the kitchen/breakfast were wonderful!! The location is central and the convenience of parking in the back was great..however our room left little to be desired. We were downstairs in the basement in room 8, every morning we heard the kitchen staff and then the parade of people for breakfast, it was non stop and so LOUD. The room was so dark, the blinds were broken, so you couldn’t let any light, paint was peeling in places and the furniture needs to be...

「I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good...

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was good quality with a very nice picture and many premium channels. The sink and shower were clean and everything worked well. The area outside was not so clean or picked up. Lots of cigarette butts and unknown liquid on the sidewalk in front of the room. No breakfast available, that I could find.」

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」
