「This place just feels super good. The rooms are kinda basic but nice- nothing unusual but the people who work here are really kind and the place just feels very warm and home like. The location is the best- right next to beautiful views. The breakfast is really good- the scones especially are fire.」

I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The breakfast service was exceptional, and the air conditioning system performed flawlessly. 「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison.」

「The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!」

「iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad」

「My stay at the Emerald was wonderful! The keypad entries were especially convenient without having to keep up with a key card. I made quite a bit of use of my balcony, which was very enjoyable. The location is extremely convenient to the downtown area. It was overall a very nice day.」

「Stayed there during the Beaufort Water Festival and had a challenge with my wife's arrival that was going to cause me a few headaches. I explained my situation to Jeanette who was checking me in and she went above and beyond to instantly solve and was so kind and gracious while doing it. This place defines Southern Charm and Hospitality. Will stay here again for sure!」
