「Very nice but was a surprise to have to pay for parking which was right outside our room.」

「The staff that we dealt with could not have been more pleasant and helpful, we were very appreciative of that…but the room we were initially put in looked like it didn’t get cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy, crumbs and chunks scattered all over, the large mirror had smeared greasy prints all over it, the shower was disgusting, and the bed looked like it was thrown together with used linens. Based on our experience we will not be going back.」

「Nice location and secure. The room met our expectations. While it was obvious that staff existed, they were not actually seen. We checked in and out via a kiosk, which offered no problem. The room was in excellent condition. A chair was obviously old, dingy, and had the look that a cat had used it. It was a convenient pet-friendly environment (no issues for our dog!). The in-room AC unit was very noisy, but worked great! Breakfast was a disappointment; many items were cold. The waffle...

「I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel.」

「I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back.
