「Was very nice and clean.」

「Upon entering the hotel the lobby was nicely fragrant. Desk staff were friendly Most notable was the great shower pressure- delightful. Room cleaning was good however they never got to our room until late afternoon- just after we had been out of our room by 8:30am each day- annoying to us. Hotel cafe menu was good/pricey . Our bottle of Red wine came out of the refrigerator- a no no. Pool was very nice - there were several, server was attentive to bring drinks. Overall it is obvious that hotel...

「We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere...

「Room was clean, staff was friendly, Breakfast was delicious」

「We enjoyed our vacation at Sonesta. The staff was super nice and helpful, the place is clean and spacious. Out of the three nights they semi-cleaned our room once, but they did replenish the towels daily. I loved the location, pool, beach and trails. My toddler raves about the turtle feeding & the smores. I actually liked that there was a 18+ only pool, is nice to know if kids get annoying or loud the adults that just want peace can go there. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food, not...

「smell bad the area」

「Air suckered shower was broken the toilet wouldn't flush no trash bags in any of the garbage cans and they had trash still in them」

「Excellent.」

「Spacious clean room with microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker but there was some near the check in room. Free OJ, milk, muffins, various munchies. Free parking. A reward if you check out before 10 am.」

「My shower head leaked all night.」

「cheap price. The room was good」

「There was an overall sense of dirtyness. The door deadbolt didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the elevator quit working the day after my arrival and needed to carry suitcase down the stairs from the third floor. The shower pressure was good and the bed didn't have bad smell. Expensive for what it is.」
