「This place just feels super good. The rooms are kinda basic but nice- nothing unusual but the people who work here are really kind and the place just feels very warm and home like. The location is the best- right next to beautiful views. The breakfast is really good- the scones especially are fire.」

「Hotel is really nice, the only slight problem we had was when we walked in our room, the air was set at 90 degrees. So it took a little while to cool off, otherwise very clean, enjoyed the hot breakfast they had in the morning. Would def stay here again!」

「I usually like to think you get what you pay for, so i didn't mind paying so much to receive a clean room and service , but in this case i was disappointed, my room and bathroom was dirty, i got attitude from the housekeeping manger when i complained about the room . For the price i paid for a room i was disappointed in my stay. There were eyelashes all over the desk , the bathroom floor had yellow dry stains resembling urine. A used bar soap was in the shower and missing items like body soap...

「This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.」

「Property is perfectly situated right on the beach for direct access. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are nice, but could use a little updating. Main issue with rooms is lack of drawers/storage. The expectation of tipping to the valet staff is a bit obnoxious and unnecessary considering the cost. The pools are great with or without kids. Overall I highly recommend and would go back」

「Breakfast too expensive. Chairs and umbrellas for beach should be provided since it’s advertised as beach front hotel. Staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator should be replaced. Too small. Too noisy facing front. Had to keep balcony doors closed. All in all, nice hotel. Lobby chairs and sofas need cleaning.」
