「Horrible customer service」

「Beautiful property with lots of activities. Our stay was very enjoyable other than the dog in the next room that was barking nonstop. Reported it to staff a couple times but nothing changes.」

「The location of this hotel is excellent, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the expectations we had for a 4-star resort. One of the biggest disappointments was arriving to find that breakfast was not included as we had believed when booking through Breakaway. We ended up paying approximately $80 for breakfast, which felt expensive given that some items, including the eggs, were cold. We also experienced slow service at dinner one...

「The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.」

「Excellent location. Just minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and includes a variety of bagels, yogurt, cereal/granola, hard boiled eggs, fruits, fruit juice and coffee. There is swimming pool with towels. The only thing to caution is that the property charges $10 per night parking in their premises. This was in the fine print and not explicitely disclosed during the booking.」

「It was nice that we could get into the room a little earlier! The room was clean, but the floors in the room were wet and everything was moist, but seem to get better the day after! The pool was very nice and stores were close by! for a room that was supposed to host six people they could’ve had bigger garbage cans! But overall a nice stay for the price!」

「Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Bathrooms could be bigger. limited Parking and you have to park on the street up to 1/4 mile down the road. Breakfast is $20 if purchased on site and is nothing more than the free breakfast you get at an ordinary hotel. Just go eat out somewhere else. Good location. Close to Coligny Plaza.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
