「It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room. 「Property location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation. Service was extremely slow. Seems as though there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate all the guests on a busy week. Our room had amazing oceanfront views, however, when booking it said it slept 4 people and it did not. There was only one king bed and no sofa bed avail. Had to order a Rollabed for my two kids that the hotel said would be $25 a night. They said it wasn’t their fault due to booking through a third party website. Kind of...

「No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. 」

「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」
