「Walking in to our room was a very pleasant surprise. We loved the modern bathroom with a large tub and a separate large walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The cookie treats on our door knob were a sweet surprise. Staff was friendly and professional. Parking was a tight squeeze for our large SUV but we would stay here again and can definitely recommend it.」

「Staff was super helpful.」

「The room was neat and clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great!」

「My shower head leaked all night.」

「Nice clean rooms and the view was beautiful」

「We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere...

「There was an overall sense of dirtyness. The door deadbolt didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the elevator quit working the day after my arrival and needed to carry suitcase down the stairs from the third floor. The shower pressure was good and the bed didn't have bad smell. Expensive for what it is.」

「Location was good, suite set up was excellent but visibly cheap and soiled furniture should be replaced. Room was clean though and staff was accommodating.」

「Air suckered shower was broken the toilet wouldn't flush no trash bags in any of the garbage cans and they had trash still in them」

「Mess」

「From the start, the Police were there when we checked in and then came SWAT...this is true. The front door latch did not work properly. There was no notice on the back of the door as far as evacuation routes, check out time, etc. The bed was hard as a rock and there weren't any real pillows, just couch throw pillows. The a/c unit was as loud as a car engine. The toilet roll dispenser was broke, so the roll was on one of the ends that was left. The only good thing was the TV worked.」
