Overall our stay was pretty good. The hotel location was good for the activities we had planned. Yes the property could use a makeover but for the price we paid for our stay it was good. Our room was clean and everything worked properly. We would stay here again.

This hotel is not what appears to be on the pictures. The bed covers were dirty. The towels and washcloths were dirty. There was no free continental breakfast or coffee. The rooms had a weird odor that smelt like old chlorine water and mildew mixed. Would not recommend. I’d say pay a little more for better quality.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room (203) had a very stale/moldy smell as we walked in. Likely from the carpet lining the jacuzzi tub in the suite. It made the room feel very unclean and uncomfortable. There was hair on the towels and throughout the bathroom, you could feel each spring in the mattress and the pillowcases had visible stains. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and hope management takes these concerns seriously.

When I went to the room, I immediately noticed that there were stains on the floor. I walked into the bathroom there was moles and a bug. and then what’s opening the refrigerator there were leftover residue and bugs in the refrigerator. The room also had a really bad odor smell. Also, it said that breakfast was included. but once waking up and realizing it wasn’t I was confused . I really wouldn’t recommend staying here at all..

Overall it was a good experience. Staff at our arrival was not very knowledgeable or friendly making initial check-in unnecessarily complicated. Issue resolved next day by manager. The facility itself was clean, quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was ok.
