「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「Enjoyed our week here as our first time in Hilton Head. The beach was great, staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the resort. Any issue we had was immediately handled and we would absolutely return for a shortened stay. With a family of five, we much needed a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful letting our family use it to warm our breakfast and food. This resort is so close to all of the great restaurants and shops at Coligny...

「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch!
