「This hotel was the worst place I’ve ever encountered. It was so run down and dirty. I had to wipe down the entire room with Lysol wipes. They turned black. The under sheet was stained, one of the bath towels was dirty and the floor was filthy. When I went to the front desk to complain, I was told that she wasn’t in charge of housekeeping and I could find somewhere else to go. We were so tired, we stayed and ran out by 7 am. Do not stay here! Choice hotels should be ashamed to have this place use...

「room #103.. nasty.. hard candys stuck on the floor.. toilet did not flush.. shower head mostly contaminated / useless.. very dirty floors / very dirty everything.. counters / linens / shower / etc.. just horrible.. air conditioning turned off.. walked into a warm room.. do not stay at the days inn at ridgeland.. the nail in the coffin is the beds were bed bug infested.. have photo for proof.. called corporate and filed a formal complaint.. jasper county and ridgeland city do not care.. called...

「Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...

「The stay went well. The shades for the window did not work. We were told they were closed and couldn't be opened. This made the room dark and the lighting in the room was not sufficient to make the room cheery and light. there were no overhead lights in the main part of the room and the existing lights did not sufficiently light the room.」

「Room was clean and bed comfortable. Slept well. I didn't hear any noise from parking lot or 95 which is right outside the room. Room cooled down quickly. Refrigerator was spacious. Bathroom appeared to be newly renovated including tile and toilet. Check in didn't go off without a hitch but a clean room was quickly assigned. If all you need is a place to sleep on your long drive up or down 95 you can't beat this for the money. Not the prettiest, fanciest hotel but met my needs.」
