「Amazing stay.」

「The experience was not great, late check in, took way too long to check in, very poor amenities, almost nothing was available, AC didn’t work in the middle of the night. Also super noisy, very bad experience from such a luxury price. Won’t do it again. ( there was a dirty plate beside the door even they spent so much time to get the room ready, unbelievable.) staffs were nice but not efficient enough.」

「The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. 」

「Hotel is in the perfect spot. It’s close to all attractions. Staff is super professional and helpful. The bar was great and so was the food. 10/10.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」
