The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again.

The staff was ... okay. The check-in desk was vacant when we arrived, and although three uniformed staffers were standing within line of sight, none acknowledged our presence or offered help. Finally, we literally called the front desk and said "We're here." A couple minutes later, the woman finally showed up.

I feel they should be giving us our money back as we had to cut our stay short in town because an employee started threatening me about my service dog being with me at breakfast called me names used foul language at me and when I tried to show him my paperwork on my dog the laws on him he called me names and refused to even look at them he cause such a ruckus other customers got up and left but not before they voice their opinion to him then he blamed me saying it was my party he proceeded to use foul language and make threats. It was absolutely horrifying experience and is actually a felony what he was doing. My husband's was supposed to call back to you and existed the room stay till Monday night but due to this we lift right after this incident I did call corporate and I got in touch with the ADA as well for my rights being violated and the extant of his language and behavior toward me and my service dog. The ADA will be getting a full report of this. the room was not up to standards the bad was old it was extremely hard and the topper was worn out. The TV would freeze constantly through out trying to watch a movies. The cupboard door in front of the refrigerator was busted. the girl who checked us in put us in a room that she knew was not completely cleaned yet it was dirty !

Deben mejorar en la limpieza de las habitaciones yo mandé a limpiar mi habitación y la dejaron sucia, solo recogieron las camas que por cierto bien mal que lo hicieron y pusieron toallas y estaban hasta fuera de lugar, el piso, el inodoro y la ducha nada que ver no la limpiaron….todo lo demás muy bien ( el desayuno y el personal del counter) todo bien

Yes, to both questions. BUT, the bags that are left for families leaving early, especially military families going to Parris Island before 5am.....the bananas were completely black! Sounds like a small thing, but it ruined our breakfast and the smell was nasty until we could get them to a trash can. Thank you for having those bags out, though. Very thoughtful.

Booked two rooms the desk clerk booked a room for us gave us the room card key we go into the room and there’s already people in the room I apologize to the people and went back to the desk to get a different room. Never again will I stay here the two rooms we ended up getting were very dirty.

Just one person there named Jade very unfriendly. I booked two rooms, expected my rooms to be by each other and they weren’t. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very good either. And me and my son got kicked out of the breakfast, cause we had socks on. Did not feel comfortable there. I would not recommend staying there. And I’m not saying all Hampton inns are bad just this one.

Highly recommend. We've stayed here several times while traveling north to south. Staff is always helpful and friendly, free coffee and tea. Breakfast is above average with a clean and well maintained buffet. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable with ample pillows, plenty of towels and coffee pods. Some of the bathrooms could use a new coat of silicone in the showers - and others are just fine. Perhaps it's a matter of cycling through the rooms in the off season. For the price, and their dog friendly policy, I continue to stay here when passing through.

This hotel was under exterior repairs that made it difficult to know where to enter, so much so that we weren’t even sure if it was operational! Once inside, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offerings were excellent! It is a pet friendly facility which is truly great, but someone’s frightened pet moaned and cried loudly many hours making rest and sleep difficult. While we sympathize with the pet owner, we were surprised that it echoed so loudly inside our room, so soundproofing could be improved.

Outside rennovation of property made walking unsafe due to lack of lighting, tarp taped down that was coming loose, sidewalk from handicapped parking dropped off into sand/rocks and in the dark was impossible to see. This was after having to step over (stumble into) parts of this sidewalk that he concrete chunks on it. Trash dumpster came for construction materials (?) at 3:40am and by 5 am trash trucks were at the shopping center next door. Toilet ran continually unless we fixed it ourselves which we did 3 times. They offered a maintenance person to come up but we were exhausted after a 10 hour drive and 2nd hard day and did not want to be interrupted. No housekeeping which we did not realize so ended up with overflowing trash cans in the room. One of the handcappped grab bars was in a strange place and there was nothing to grab when getting up from toilet. Very poor water pressure - little trickle at sink and almost enough to get the soap off you in the shower. Nice tv and had complaints acknowledged by someone at the hotel. Supposedly there is a way I can get money back from Expedia for this experience which I need to explore.
