"Everything was clean and comfortable to be what is expected. But there was no complementary breakfast."

"Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once more. There is clearly a persistent mechanical issue that needs management's immediate attention. I have reported this to the staff and hope it is resolved soon for future guests."

"The location is absolutely perfect. The free breakfast is pretty darn tasty! Lots of items to choose from daily. The pool was heated which was so nice in March! The property is close to everything. 5 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. You can rent bikes at the property as well. I would def go back for the price and the amenities. "

"Our stay was great EXCEPT that the spa a relaxation pool was almost constantly being occupied by kids and teenage girls making who are not supposed to using that area. The staff resort and its staff do not do a sufficient job enforcing that area. "

"Very nice staff. Get a free stay and $100 by listening to a 45 spiel about joining a travel club. Overall a very nice place for the price. New and clean inside and very convenient to all local attractions. Floors were VERY sandy, but luckily it’s a fully stocked condo with all cleaning products and necessities. Other issue is if you have an upstairs neighbor, it’s very loud if they are walking at night and the AC is quite loud. Otherwise it’s quite comfortable."

"The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was fine. The walls are extremely thin, and all the rooms are connecting, so you can hear just about everything—dogs barking, coughing, loud snoring, normal conversations. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. All entry doors open to the outside. As a woman traveling alone, I’d recommend being mindful of your surroundings. The area is well lit, but it still has that open‑access motel feel. Parking is very limited. If you don’t get one of the few spots in front, you’ll have to park behind the building in the alley. It’s lit, but it’s a bit of a walk, especially at night or with luggage. Inside the room, there were no clocks or dresser drawers, which felt odd and a little inconvenient. Overall, it was clean and the basics were comfortable, but the noise level, parking situation, and layout are worth considering before booking."

"Everything was great, clean, and roomy. The secondary room did not have a full size bed plus 2 twin beds as advertised. It only had 2 twin beds. The bright orange street light out front caused the room to be as bright as daylight during the night making it impossible to sleep. We recommend to property owners to add a blackout shade to that room window as the blinds were not enough. We also hope that in the future, your no smoking policy will state that no weed should be smoked in or around the property as well as the neighbor to the left waa foung so and it smelled awful. That would definitely lower the class and family atmosphere of Hilton Head if that were to start up everywhere. I specifically come to Hilton Head as it is so clean and essentially a smoke-free island with smoke-free properties. That policy makes it a lovely and classy place to stay. "
