「Everything was nice. The hotel is always beautiful. We did have a mixup in our room as we were assigned a pet friendly room that is typically for customers with dogs. Front desk assistant Rogerio was wonderful in reassign us a room in a different area of the hotel that had a great view and no up charge.」

「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
