Hotel nice actually, better than the Savannah Hyatt. Room was modern and bed comfy. Staff friendly. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and its convenient when it works. Continental breakfast and coffee good. Coligny beach park only 6 min drive. Pretty much close to everything. I dont know about the smell some people mention but my room was fine. Would stay here again.

From the minute we checked in to check out was wonderful! The General Manager (wish I got his name) was excellent and handled our check in with a smile. Provided us with all important information on the room and hotel. I had requested a ground floor room and the room was perfect. Room was comfortable, clean provided everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great and lots of choices. The young lady kept everything clean and well stocked. We will be back.

Shower had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Had to go buy soft scrub and a brush before taking a shower. The sink drain was also full of debris that you could see. I’m surprised it would drain. I did NOT clean that, ugh. I left Hilton Honors due to these kinds of issues. I hope other Marriotts are better. Staff was super friendly though!!

Our stay was 10/17-10/19. Room 206 no water pressure in the sink and bath exhaust fan does not work. I let the front desk know when we checked out. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Nice room, great staff… but very poor water pressure with a lack of hot water. Front desk told me to run the shower for 10-15 minutes before taking the shower to get it hot enough. Even then, it was slightly better than Luke warm.

Very poor water pressure, bathroom faucet barely a trickle, shower very weak. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I notified the front desk and the sent the maintenance guy but nothing changed. Property is supposed to NOT allow pets but I saw at least 2, a chihuahua and a cocker spaniel at the breakfast area. I’m allergic to them and seek out properties that only allow service animals. The breakfast was awful. I will not stay here again.

My room was like you are sleeping in a portable toilet that’s how much it was smelling. I went and got the air freshener for the room and had to Sleep with the air conditioning off because when you open the AC it was worst. Please do something about that.

The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. Luckily it was the off season and it didn’t create much of an inconvenience. It was quickly fixed within a day. The front office manager Paris Bradshaw always greeted us with a smile. She was very polite and engaging. I would definitely stay here again.

No water preasure.

Nice hotel but would never stay again as the water pressure is non-existent. Not enough water to even brush your teeth or wash your hands. Asked front desk lady about the issue and she said it's that way to prevent water from splashing over the edge od the counter top sink. SMH.
